UPDATE 11/10/02 on the Montana collies

AWCA is so pleased to report donations for this collie rescue are coming in from not only the collie community, but the Shar-pei and mixed-breed

communities.

The collie that was hit by a car in Alaska is doing better. It will be adopted out to a loving home after the investigation is over, according to the Animal Control Officer in charge. AWCA has offered assistance with this collie's medical bills if necessary.

We continue to ask people to remain calm.
